Lo- Create a detailed plan for making ice-cream.
Aim: I want to find out if this experiment actually works without using the freezer but just plastic bags and ice. and if it tastes like ice-cream.
Equipment: Large Zip-lock bag.
crushed ice
Rock salt
2 zip-lock bags
Half and half
sugar
vanilla extract
chocolate sauce
paper towels
Method:
1. Fill the large zip-lock bag half full with crushed ice and add 6 tablespoons of rock salt and shake it up.
2. Mix 1/2 cup half and half, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla in a bag
3. seal the bag in the other bag and put it in the large zip-lock bag.
4. Mix it up for about 20 minutes.
5. Remove the bags from the large zip-lock bags.
6. Add chocolate sauce once removed from the bags.
7. Enjoy!

Kia Ora Julianna, this looks like a very interesting science experiment, I would love to see some pictures of the final product. Did it taste like the stuff you buy at a supermarket
